Refund & Cancellation Policy
Paid checkout is closed. Mining Signals does not currently have an approved payment processor for new subscriptions. Lemon Squeezy declined our merchant application on 15 October 2026 after reviewing the business model. We are not taking new Professional or Team subscription payments through this website.
Future subscriptions
Our published subscription amounts are proposed prices for evaluation, not an open offer to purchase. Before activating checkout with an eligible provider, we will publish accurate merchant-of-record information, tax treatment, billing intervals, renewal prices, cancellation instructions and applicable buyer terms. No processor's refund or cancellation rules should be assumed to apply to purchases it has not approved or processed.
Refund requests and billing questions
If you hold a genuine receipt for an earlier transaction, please check the merchant shown on that receipt and use the relevant provider's order-management or billing-support instructions. Existing payments remain subject to the purchase terms and mandatory legal rights in effect at that time; this update does not change them retroactively. Contact Mining Signals support with your purchase email, invoice/reference and payment date. Never send passwords or payment-card details.
For any future transactions processed through an approved provider, our intended discretionary refund-request window is within 14 calendar days of the charge, subject to the disclosed merchant terms and applicable law. This is a request window, not a guaranteed 14-day refund. Duplicate charges, service-access failures and billing errors will be reviewed individually, and requests outside that period may still receive consideration where appropriate. Mandatory statutory rights always apply.
Cancellation and renewal
Checkout and new paid renewals are currently unavailable. When live payments become possible, we will describe how to cancel before renewal, the renewal date, and how paid access or refunds are affected by cancellation. We will not represent an unapproved processor's customer portal, cancellation deadline or refund timetable as current Mining Signals purchase terms.
