Terms of Service
These terms govern access to MSHA Lead Intelligence, an independent online platform for U.S. mining sales-intelligence information. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Independent service
MSHA Lead Intelligence is not part of, affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or the U.S. Department of Labor. Government source facts and our independently derived commercial lead scores are separate. The service is not an official regulatory notice, legal opinion, safety certification or government record system.
Use of information
We organize public mining, inspection, enforcement and penalty information to help users evaluate commercial opportunities. Source records, refresh schedules, derived scores and classification methods may be incomplete, delayed, revised, or wrong. Verify significant facts with the official source before relying on them. Do not treat a lead score as proof of wrongdoing or a guarantee of any sale.
Accounts and permitted use
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any access granted to team members. Use the service lawfully and respect others' rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the application, evade technical limits, or redistribute substantial portions of proprietary site content or scoring outputs without permission. Lawful access to underlying public government records is not restricted by these terms.
Subscriptions and pricing
The service may be offered in a commercial validation phase. If subscription purchasing becomes available, the plan, price, billing interval, tax treatment, renewal and cancellation conditions will be shown during checkout. No fee will be charged solely by visiting the public website or registering a free account. Where applicable, third-party payment processor terms also apply.
Availability and changes
Features, datasets, update schedules, usage limits and service availability may change. We may suspend access to address security incidents, abuse or legal requirements. We aim to communicate significant changes where reasonably practicable.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service and derived information are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, fitness for a specific purpose, data completeness or commercial outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on data, interruptions, or unsuccessful business decisions. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. For questions about these terms, contact steyn.enslin@gmail.com.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable requirements. The latest version will appear on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the service after notice of a material change, where permitted by law, constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
